Shipping Policy

We offer $4 flat-rate shipping on all orders.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via USPS or a comparable carrier. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

We ship within the United States and take care to package each order with attention and care.

Exchanges and Revisions: If you’re not satisfied with the scent or consistency of a product, I can revise it to better suit your preferences. Please return the item to me.
Condition of Items: To qualify for an exchange or revision, the product must appear to be barely used—no more than once. It should be in its original packaging.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure the item arrives safely.
Exchange Process: Once I receive the returned item and confirm its condition, I will send you a revised version or another product of equal or lesser value.
