About

Let's get this out of the way—writing the "About" section is my least favorite part. Which is why it took me a week after launching my website to add it. I'm the kind of person who'd rather be asking you questions and getting to know your story than sharing mine. You could say I'm publicly private. But here's the thing: I know that when it comes to making a purchase, trust is key. Research shows that having a face and a story behind a product makes people feel more comfortable and builds trust. So here it goes...

From Military Wife to Family Advocate and Entrepreneur

For 23 years, I was proud to be a military wife and mostly a stay-at-home (when my children were young) when my dedicating my life to supporting my family. During those years, we embraced the joy and challenges of fostering children, leading us to adopt two wonderful teens (now young adults) and a baby who is now a spirited preteen.

In 2020, I channeled my passion for helping others into opening a men's home which I named Ashes Redeemed. This sanctuary offers adult men in recovery from substance abuse or those seeking a fresh start after incarceration a place to rebuild their lives.

Recently, I embarked on a new venture with my skin care business, focusing on all-natural products.

I've always been fascinated by natural remedies and curious about what each vitamin, herb, and supplement can do for our bodies. Living with an autoimmune thyroid disease for over two decades has made my system quite sensitive, even to things that are good for you. This personal journey has made me particularly mindful about what I use on my skin and put into my body.

The story of my product line begins with a request from my daughter. She asked me to order some turmeric soap because it made her skin glow and brought her so many compliments. Naturally, I had to try it for myself, and I was amazed at the difference it made. I already knew the benefits of taking turmeric orally, but seeing its effects on my skin was a revelation.

This wasn't the start of my journey, but rather one of many steps along the way. Making my own products wasn't just a single event or even two—it was a series of experiences and discoveries that led me here. And you know what? I really like it here.
